Workshops

I teach about the sensual body and emotional wellbeing from a shamanistic and traditional healing background. The workshops are a guided and experiential journey to feeling the very energy that permeates all of nature. This is the life force running within us, although mostly we are totally unaware of it, because we have forgotten how to feel. Participants generally work in pairs and there is plenty of opportunity to share and ask questions around the self healing journey.
